Two generations of roofs

About three in ten Live Oak homes were built in the 1970s, including its oldest subdivisions, Live Oak Estates and Live Oak Villages. Another wave went up from 2005 to 2009. The older, mid-century-style homes often have long, low roofs that may be on a second or third covering; the newer ones may still have their first roof, about the age when owners start planning a replacement. We work across the city, Woodcrest and Auburn Hills included.

After a storm

Damaging wind has come close: in February 2017, a tornado that tore sections off some homes' roofs in San Antonio's Northern Hills ended about three miles northwest of Live Oak. If a storm has passed through, we can check the roof and, if you file a claim, meet your adjuster. You and your insurer manage the claim.
