Mid-century roofs
Much of Castle Hills was built in the 1950s and 1960s, many homes custom-built with mid-century modern lines. Mid-century designs often combine low-pitched and flat sections, which shed water more slowly than a steep roof, and on houses this age the decking and flashing may be original. We work on shingle, metal, tile and flat roofs, so a house with more than one kind of roof is one conversation.
Flat and low-slope roofsFrom WoW to SoCo
The city names six neighborhoods: West of West, Mid-Town and The Edge north of Loop 410, and The Estates, The Terrace and the Southern Cone south of it. Wherever you are, the tree canopy that arches over the streets means gutters and valleys fill with leaves, and big limbs are a storm risk. Call us after a storm, or before one if the gutters are overflowing.
