Fifty-year-old neighborhoods
Leon Valley went from about 2,000 residents to more than 9,000 in the 1970s, and the city's own plan says its aging neighborhoods need more upkeep. For a roof, that usually means checking the decking, flashing and attic ventilation when it's replaced, not just laying new shingles. We work in every part of the city, from Monte Robles Park and Seneca West to Bandera Pass and The Ridge at Leon Valley.
Roof replacementIn the path of April 2016
The April 12, 2016 hailstorm brought hail up to 3.5 inches to Leon Valley, near Bandera and Huebner roads, and its largest stone, 4.5 inches, fell just northwest of the city. Since then, big hail has returned to this side of Bexar County more than once. Granules in the gutters, a new ceiling stain or dented vents after a storm are all reasons to call.
