Working around residents
Make-ready happens in a lived-in community. We keep our work inside the unit and out of shared walkways and parking as much as we can, and mark off any area we're working in.
When a turn uncovers more
Sometimes a turn finds water damage: under the sink, from the unit above or from the roof. We do water remediation, and we repair roofs too, so a roof leak, the drying out and the rebuild can be one job.
