Siding Repair and Replacement
Siding keeps rain and sun out of your walls. We repair damaged sections and replace worn-out siding in fiber cement, vinyl and wood, and we can paint it to finish the job.

Signs your siding needs attention
Walk around the house and look for:
- Cracked, warped or loose boards and panels
- Soft or rotted wood, often near the ground or below windows
- Holes from hail, impacts or woodpeckers
- Paint that won't stay on one section of wall
- Stains or damp patches inside, on an outside wall
Siding we work with
Fiber cement
Boards made of cement and wood fibers. They resist rot and insects and hold paint well.
Vinyl
Panels colored all the way through, so they don't need painting. A hard impact can crack them.
Wood
Lap boards, shingles or panels: classic, and repairable board by board, but it needs paint or stain to last.
Where the roof meets the wall
Some of the most stubborn wall leaks start where a roof meets siding: along the flashing beside a sloped roof, or where a lower roof runs into a wall. We work on both roofs and siding, so we look at both sides of that joint and make sure water runs over the siding, not behind it.
Roof repairMatching what's there
On a repair, new siding has to match the old: the profile, the board width and the color. Wood and fiber cement can be painted to match; vinyl has to be matched by product and color, and older colors aren't always still made. We'll tell you how close a match is possible before we start.
Common questions
Can you replace the siding on just one side of the house?
Yes, if the new siding can be matched closely enough. Sometimes a whole wall is the cleaner choice; we'll talk it through.
Do you paint siding after a repair?
Yes. We paint wood and fiber cement siding, so a repair can be painted to match the rest of the house.
