Roofing in Cibolo

Most Cibolo homes were built between 2000 and 2019, so many still have their original roofs, and the oldest of those are now more than twenty years old. We work across Cibolo; tell us about your roof and we'll arrange a free inspection.

Original roofs in newer neighborhoods

More than nine in ten Cibolo homes are single-family houses, in neighborhoods such as Bentwood Ranch and Cibolo Valley Ranch. The oldest homes are in Old Town around Main Street, and there are large rural lots on the edges. If your home was built in the early 2000s and still has its original shingles, it's a good time for an inspection.

Recent storms

In October 2023 a small tornado caused shingle damage to several homes in the Saratoga neighborhood, and in March 2022 hail the size of ping-pong balls fell in Cibolo. Damaged shingles can let water in months later, so they're worth having checked.
